    Customer service is the most important thing to me. All the companies out there seem to offer the same basic hardware and software package. What really matters to me is the quality of the people answering the phones when you got a questions and how good they are in helping you out. Just Host passes with flying colors. I called them before I purchased, and they seemed pretty knowledgeable. After buying hosting from them, they really came in handy. They were great in solving some of my conversion problems. And the few more time that I've called them when I made changes to my website, they have been just as good at solving problems for me. Go with Just Host, you'll be in good hands.

    JustHost is a really good web hosting package. I did my due diligence in researching the companies out there. And even though their package is really cheap, it looked like they gave really good service. I actually tried free hosting before, and I can tell you not to even bother, unless you like pop up adds all over your website. Spend a few bucks and you'll get much better product. JustHost has a great product without breaking the bank. Or really even putting much of a dent in your wallet.

    Justhost is a super great company.

    Pros: price, uptime, ease of use, customer service, money-back guarantee.

    Cons: none so far. Guess I won't be needing to use that money-back guarantee.

    Justhost is a great company, really makes things easy for the customer. Everything was a snap, and I would highly advise anyone thinking about getting a website to give them a try. I first tried over at GoDaddy, but it got too confusing. Justhost has a much simpler user interface, and gives you everything that you could want without making you jump through hoops to get it. I even called in with a question, and their phone operators are just as easy to deal with.

    There is a long list of reasons why I love being with Justhost. Looking at their package that they offer for such a low price, it seems unbelievable. Just check out their website, and you can see all the different options available. After being with them for a few months, I can confirm that they do deliver on their promises and are really nice and polite to deal with over the phone.     I've hopped from hosting company to hosting company and have been forced to endure mediocre attempts at service and reliability. About four and a half years ago, I signed up with this company expecting it to be just another resting point between jumps. I've been with them ever since.

    I have used Justhost for a few years and the thing that keeps me coming back is the great price and the up time which is 99.9%. If they have any down time due to maintenance problems, they give you enough warning so you can prepare. Though I've had few issues with some of their people, I give their support team a 7 out of 10 rate. Other than that, it's a great company.

    I choose justhost to host my website last week after reading lots of good reviews. I had a few questions before i signed up and emailed support. To my surprise I had a reply within 5 minutes which was very through too. I then had 3 more emails going backward and forwards and couldn't believe how fast and helpful their support was.

    I have used Justhost for a few years and the thing that keeps me coming back is the great price.
